The terms that apply when you use 360solutions.be, our open-source repositories, and the free guides we publish.

These terms apply to your use of 360solutions.be and any free content we publish. They are deliberately short.

When we say “we” or “360 Solutions” on this site, we mean Vangelder Solutions BV.

Use of this site

You may read, link to, and quote our content for any lawful purpose, including commercial. You may not:

  • Misrepresent who wrote it (please credit “360 Solutions” or the author by name).
  • Republish substantial portions verbatim without permission.
  • Scrape the site for AI training without our explicit consent (you may, however, use our content as a human researcher or as a data subject of an LLM trained with proper data deals).

We may change or remove content at any time. We try not to break inbound links — if a URL changes we set up a redirect — but we make no guarantee.

Open-source software

Code we publish on GitHub (notably bc-mcp-proxy) is licensed under the MIT License. Read the LICENSE file in each repository for the exact terms. The “Use of this site” terms above do not restrict your use of MIT-licensed code — the MIT license governs.

Free guides and information

The MCP setup guide, blog posts, and other free content are provided as-is, for informational purposes. We try to be accurate (and we mark a “last verified” date on the technical guides), but:

  • Microsoft Business Central, Azure, and the MCP specification change frequently.
  • Your tenant configuration may differ from the examples.
  • A guide that worked last week may not work next month.

You are responsible for testing in a non-production environment first. We are not liable for damage caused by following our guides — but if you find an error, please tell us and we’ll fix it.

If you book a paid Setup Session or any other engagement, the terms of that engagement are governed by a separate agreement (an order confirmation email or a written contract). These site terms do not cover paid work.

Where pricing is shown on this site, it is exclusive of VAT and indicative at the time of publication. Launch promotion: hands-on Setup Sessions are free of charge for bookings completed by 30 June 2026 while we shape the offering. After that date, paid pricing applies and will be published before the promotion ends. The price you confirm at booking (whether paid or zero) is the binding price.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for free content (this site, blog posts, the open-source repos, free guides) is limited. We are responsible for damage caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and where the law makes us responsible regardless of contract.

For paid work, the liability terms in the engagement agreement apply.

Governing law

Belgian law applies. Disputes are submitted exclusively to the courts of the judicial district of East Flanders, division Dendermonde, unless mandatory consumer-law provisions provide otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged in a newsletter.
