Mijnuren — time tracking that syncs to BC.
Mobile-first time tracking for project-driven teams, synced live to Microsoft Business Central. Replaces spreadsheet timesheets and saves your finance team a week per month.
Mijnuren replaces the Excel timesheet that your project teams forget to fill in until month-end. Engineers, consultants, and field staff log hours from their phone in seconds; project managers approve in batches; finance pulls posted hours into Business Central without a single re-keyed cell.
It is a separate product on its own domain — mijnuren.be — but built and supported by the same team. Pricing, onboarding, and product details live there.
Mobile-first
Log hours in 10 seconds from a phone — most entries close on the train home, not on a Friday afternoon.
BC-native
Hours flow into BC project journals with the right job/task/dimension structure — no monthly export ritual.
EU-hosted
Hosted in Belgium / EU. Standard DPA, role-based access, Entra SSO available on request.
Who it's for
If your team's billable or project-tagged hours have to land in Business Central anyway, the question is whether they get there clean or whether finance fixes it on the 5th.
Project-billed engineers
Each developer logs hours per BC project + task per day. Approved hours post into the project journal nightly; invoicing batches close on the 1st instead of the 8th.
Field crews on the road
Technicians log job hours from a phone between stops. Foremen approve weekly batches. Hours sync to BC with the right job/task/dimension structure — no truck-driver-fills-Excel ritual.
Per-client time buckets
Designers, copywriters, account leads track time per client + service category. Monthly invoicing pulls a single BC report instead of stitching ten Toggl exports.
How it works
- 1 Engineer logs hours from phone or web
10-second entry: pick the project, pick the task, type duration. The form remembers yesterday's defaults so daily entries are basically one tap.
- 2 Project lead reviews and approves in batch
Weekly approval queue grouped by project. Reject with a one-line note that lands back as a phone notification — engineer fixes and resubmits. No email back-and-forth.
- 3 Approved hours sync to BC project journal lines
Standard BC API call — the same path BC's own UI uses. Lines arrive with job, task, work type, and your global dimensions filled in. Posting stays a finance decision.
- 4 Finance posts as part of monthly close
Hours feed into job WIP, billable invoices, and reporting like any other BC project transaction. No re-keyed cell, no monthly Excel export, no "who has the latest version of the timesheet."
Frequently asked
Does it work with on-prem BC, or only BC SaaS?
Both. Mijnuren talks to the standard BC API; if your tenant exposes that — SaaS, on-prem with the BC web service tier, or a hybrid — we connect.
Where is the data hosted?
Belgium / EU. Standard DPA on signature. Role-based access in the app, Entra B2B / SSO available on request for accounts that want corporate identity rather than per-app passwords.
How long does onboarding take?
One to two days for a typical 20-50 user company once the BC API user is created. Day one: connect, import projects, set up approval rules. Day two: pilot with two teams, then roll out. We help the first cohort.
What about overtime, time-off, leave categories?
Standard categories ship out of the box (regular, overtime, leave, sick). Custom dimensions match whatever you already use in BC — if your project structure has cost centers or a "shadow IT" dimension, Mijnuren picks them up at sync time.
