Privacy & Cookie Policy

How 360 Solutions (Vangelder Solutions BV) processes personal data on this website, and the cookies and storage we use.

Last updated:

This page explains how 360 Solutions (a brand of Vangelder Solutions BV) processes personal data when you visit 360solutions.be, contact us, or sign up for the newsletter. We try to keep it short and direct.

This is a working version. We will revise the wording when our newsletter, analytics, and contact form are fully wired up. If you spot something incorrect, tell us and we’ll fix it.

Where your data lives

  • Website hosting: Azure Static Web Apps, region West Europe (Amsterdam, Netherlands).
  • Newsletter: Listmonk Community Edition, self-hosted on our own EU infrastructure (listmonk.360-solutions.be). No third-party processor involved.
  • Transactional email (signup confirmations, contact replies): Azure Communication Services, region West Europe.
  • Meeting bookings: handled via the contact form above (no third-party booking platform involved).
  • Analytics: Plausible Community Edition, self-hosted on our own EU infrastructure (plausible.360-solutions.be).
  • Source code: GitHub, US (covered by Standard Contractual Clauses for EU↔US transfer).

For the GitHub case, only marketing-site source code lives there — never personal data. All actual personal data stays in EU-hosted services.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use as few cookies as legally possible. The Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA) treats analytics consent strictly — including first-party analytics — so we default to “no analytics until you accept.”

StorageTypePurposeSet when
theme (localStorage)FunctionalRemember your dark/light preferenceYou click the theme toggle in the header
lang-pref (localStorage)FunctionalRemember your EN/NL preferenceYou click the language switcher, or you arrive from a NL browser and we redirect you once
Analytics (when implemented)OptionalAggregated visit counts, no IP, no cookiesOnly after you click “Accept” on the consent banner

We don’t use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any cross-site tracker. When analytics is enabled, we run Plausible Community Edition self-hosted on our own EU infrastructure at plausible.360-solutions.be — cookie-less, no IP retention, no cross-site profiling.

You can clear functional storage at any time via your browser settings. Doing so just means the site forgets your theme and language preferences on the next visit.

Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct it if it’s wrong
  • Delete it (“right to be forgotten”) — subject to retention obligations above
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Data portability — get your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal

Email hello@360solutions.be and we’ll handle the request within 30 days. We don’t charge for it.

If you’re not happy with our response, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données) at dataprotectionauthority.be.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we process data, we’ll update this page and post a note in the next newsletter. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
