We work alongside implementation partners.
Whitelabel and referral partnerships for Microsoft Solutions Partners, AI consultancies, and Copilot Studio shops whose clients ask for custom apps, AI integrations, or MCP work that does not fit the bench.
360 Solutions doesn't implement ERP systems. Whether you're a Microsoft Solutions Partner, an AI consultancy, or a Copilot Studio shop, we build the custom apps, AI integrations, and MCP servers that sit on top of what you deliver.
If you're a Microsoft Partner with clients asking for custom portals, AI workflows, or system integrations that don't fit your bench focus — refer them to us. We ship faster on niche custom builds because that's all we do, and we hand back a clean integration without competing for the implementation revenue.
Two ways we work with partners
You refer, we deliver, you keep the relationship
You send us the requirement that doesn't fit your bench (custom portal, AI workflow, MCP server). We scope, build, and hand back a clean integration. We never sell BC implementation, so we're not a competitive threat to your core revenue.
- ▸Fixed-price, time-boxed delivery
- ▸Referral fee on signed work
- ▸You stay the customer's primary partner
We build, you deliver under your brand
Larger partner programs: we deliver under your brand for select engagements where the niche skill (MCP, AI Foundry grounding, Copilot Studio) lives with us. Sub-contract terms, NDA, your project lead.
- ▸Your client, your invoice, our engineering
- ▸Day-rate or fixed-price options
- ▸Knowledge transfer included

Who fits
BC implementation firms
You roll out Business Central. Your bench is full of AL developers and consultants. When a customer asks for a custom portal, an AI workflow, or an MCP integration, you'd rather refer than fight to staff it.
AI consultancies & Copilot Studio partners
You build agents, Copilot Studio bots, or LLM-powered apps for customers running Microsoft Business Central. Your team knows the AI side cold — but the BC-side wiring (Azure App Registration, OAuth, MCP transport, error masking) is the bottleneck.
5-50 person digital agencies
You build websites, ecommerce, sometimes BI dashboards. A retainer customer asks for an ERP-grounded AI assistant. You can scope but not execute the BC/MCP plumbing — that's the part we ship.
A typical referral
A Belgian BC implementation partner closed a deal with a wholesale distributor. The customer specifically wanted, on top of the standard rollout, a vendor portal where ~40 suppliers confirm POs and upload packing lists. The partner could have built it — three quarters out, by an AL developer who had never written a line of React — or could have lost the customer.
Instead they referred. We scoped in 48 hours, signed a fixed-price SoW, and shipped the portal eight weeks later as a tenant on 360Portal — branded for their customer, integrated to the BC tenant the partner had just rolled out. The partner stayed the customer's primary relationship; we invoiced the partner; the customer never had to manage two vendors. Referral fee on the signed amount went to the partner.

Frequently asked
How is the referral fee calculated?
Standard 10% of the first signed engagement, paid on collected revenue. Recurring SaaS contracts (Mijnuren, 360Portal) carry a recurring 10% on Year 1, 5% on Year 2 — with a cap so it doesn't become a meaningful drag on our P&L. Specifics on a one-page partner agreement, no surprises.
Will you compete for our customer's BC implementation work later?
No. We don't sell BC implementation as a line item, full stop — and contractually we agree not to pitch BC implementation work to your referred customer for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months after.
Can we whitelabel the build under our brand?
Yes for larger partner programs (typically 3+ engagements/year). Sub-contract terms, NDA, your project lead, our engineering. We're invisible to the customer. Day-rate or fixed-price — we'll match what fits your sales motion.
What information do you need to scope a referral?
One paragraph: the customer, the problem, the rough budget bucket. We respond within one business day with either a fixed-price SoW range or a "this is outside our wheelhouse, here's who I'd refer to" answer. Either way you have actionable next steps fast.
