360 Solutions is a commercial brand of Vangelder Solutions BV — a Belgian limited company (VAT BE 0802.046.676) headquartered in Nieuwkerken-Waas. Vangelder Solutions BV is the legal entity behind everything we ship: 360 Solutions for the marketing brand, Mijnuren for time tracking, 360Portal for ERP customer portals, Echoflow for conversational AI, and the open-source bc-mcp-proxy on GitHub.
We are deliberately small. A focused leadership team supported by a curated network of senior specialists across UX, AI/ML, DevOps, data architecture, and integration engineering — selected per project, not on retainer. We scale expertise, not headcount.
Why we exist
Mid-market companies on Microsoft Business Central — and the implementation partners who serve them — keep hitting the same shape of problem: the ERP is configured, live, working, and yet the actual day-to-day jobs (timesheets, customer portals, AI workflows, MCP integrations) live in spreadsheets, email threads, and a long backlog of "we'll get to that."
Big consultancies don't ship on these because the engagement is too small. Generic SaaS doesn't fit because the BC integration is too specific. Internal IT doesn't have the bandwidth, and starting greenfield builds the wrong incentive — once you have a developer, you find more for them to do.
So we built a studio that ships exactly this layer. Productized SaaS where the problem repeats (Mijnuren, 360Portal, Echoflow); custom builds when it doesn't; open-source MCP infrastructure underneath everything that talks to AI. Specialist depth in one stack, not generalist breadth across all of them.
What we believe
Open source where it makes sense
bc-mcp-proxy is MIT-licensed on GitHub for a reason: a server that fronts your BC tenant has to be inspectable. The moat is depth of expertise and ongoing engineering, not closed source code. Where customer-specific work doesn't generalize, we keep it private — the rule isn't ideological.
Founder-led delivery
On every engagement, a founder is technically accountable. No graduate-rate handover, no "the senior architect will be available for the kickoff." If you talk to us about a build, the person on the call is the person whose name will be on the commits.
EU-hosted, EU-residency, plain language
Belgian buyers shouldn't have to read three pages of legal to know whether their data leaves the bloc. Mijnuren and 360Portal are EU-hosted; AI integrations document what data actually goes to which provider in plain language; the AI policy page is the short version of the long answer.
Niche depth beats consultancy breadth
We don't try to be your generalist Microsoft partner. We do BC-adjacent custom builds, AI/MCP integration, and SaaS layered on ERP, and we say no to most other things. That focus is what lets us ship in weeks where a generalist needs a quarter.
What we don't do
Saying no clearly is part of the value — it tells you what you're going to get without surprises, and tells our partners we're not a competitive threat for their core revenue.
- ▸No BC implementation. If you need a partner to roll out Business Central from scratch, talk to a BC implementation specialist. We refer to and work alongside them — we don't compete with them.
- ▸No staff augmentation. We sell scoped builds and productized SaaS, not bodies-on-loan. If you need a developer for six months, you need a different vendor.
- ▸No vertical landing pages we can't back up. We don't have manufacturing/retail/healthcare brochures because we don't have two named case studies in those verticals yet. When we do, the page goes live with the customer's name on it.
- ▸No "AI strategy" engagements. We ship working systems, not slides. If you want a board-level deck about what AI could do, that's a different kind of firm.
