Absolutely! 360 Portal is fully white-label. You can customize the logo, colors, fonts, and even use your own domain (e.g., portal.yourcompany.com). Your customers will see a seamless branded experience.
You control exactly what data is visible. Common options include: posted invoices, credit memos, sales orders, quotes, delivery notes, payment history, and account balances. Each data type can be enabled or disabled per portal.
Security is our top priority. We use OAuth 2.0 with Azure AD for authentication, TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit, and encrypted storage at rest. The portal is hosted on Microsoft Azure with SOC 2 Type II compliance.
Yes! 360 Portal supports both customer and vendor portals. Vendors can view their purchase orders, check payment status, submit invoices, and manage their account information - all synced with Business Central.
Our BC Extension runs a lightweight sync job every 5 minutes (configurable). When data changes in Business Central, it automatically appears in the portal. You can also trigger manual syncs when needed.
Each portal user is linked to a specific customer/vendor in BC. They can only see their own data. Role-based access controls let you further restrict what each user type can view or download.
Payment integration is available in the Pro tier. We support Stripe and Mollie for online payments. Customers can pay invoices directly, and payments sync back to Business Central automatically.
