When downgrading, your new rate will apply at the next billing cycle. Enterprise customers should contact their account manager for plan changes.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), SEPA direct debit for EU customers, and bank transfers for annual Enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. For Enterprise customers, we also offer invoicing with NET-30 terms.

Yes, 360 Portal and 360 Central are designed to work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You'll need an active BC subscription (Essentials or Premium) to use our products. We support both BC SaaS (cloud) and BC on-premises deployments.
